Get Rimecall
One file for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). It installs itself into your user folder, so no administrator rights are needed. The first 7 days everything is unlocked; after that it stays free for two characters.
Installing
- Open the downloaded file
Rimecall-3.1.0.exe (or newer), straight from your Downloads folder.
- Windows may warn you
A new program shows "Windows protected your PC". Choose More info, then Run anyway.
- Choose Yes to install
It goes into your user folder with a Start menu and desktop shortcut.
- Pick your expansion
Then add your characters; a short guide walks you through it.
What you need
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
- A WoW client: 1.12, 2.4.3, 3.3.5a, 4.3.4 or 5.4.8
- An account per character on your private server
- Nothing else: .NET is built in
Updating and removing
Rimecall updates itself: a new version downloads in the background and is installed the next time you start Rimecall, keeping your characters and settings. To remove Rimecall, go to Settings → Apps → Rimecall → Uninstall.
Your licence
Bought Rimecall Pro? Your key is in the e-mail you got and always in My Account. In Rimecall, click the licence line at the bottom of the sidebar and paste it.
Why does Windows warn about it?
Windows warns about any program it hasn't seen many people download yet. Rimecall doesn't need administrator rights, doesn't change anything outside your user folder and your WoW folder, and only connects to this site.
